User denied access was created by creekgeek
K2 user is unable to login. "Access denied, Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet."
Was able to login successfully last week. User has been front-end editing.
I can login with user credentials.
I made no changes, have not even logged in as superuser during period when this happened.

Asked user to clear computer cache, browser history.
In Admin, I performed universal check-in, cache purge, deleted expired cache.
IP is not blocked according to Admin Tools.

J - 2.5.28
K2 - 2.6.9

Any suggestions?

Just a stab in the dark. Change the users password. Test it. Send the new credintials to him if they work

Thanks. Tried that... same result. I can login, but the user cannot.

Hello,

Double check the Joomla! user's data. K2 does not login users and it does alter their core info (pass, etc).
