My K2 system enables registered users to add K2 items.

Right now I removed the ability for registered users to add tags to their items. The reason for this is that everybody uses way to many and often duplicates but slightly different.

Only way I can use K2 tags by users is with these limitations in place:

- Users can only select predefined list of K2 tags (preferred listing the once used already)
- Users can only select max 3 tags

So I need a php script for the custom html k2 form that displays all the K2 tags in a list. When clicked it will add them to the tags field, but max 3 only.


This would really improve my k2 system.

No PHP script is needed Rakesh.
You can lock the tags and use a specified set of tags by default in K2.

Take a look at the Tag System Settings in K2's advanced parameters.

Unfortunately no,
You can only display three tags (with a PHP limit) in the front end but you do not have control over which tags are actually shown.
