Hello, I am trying to order alphebeticaly subcategories located here:

I tried with the menu item, both single and multiple categories option.
I also tried with the root category but still no luck it won't sort them alpabetically.

I am using a multiple item category component.

The category's settings you sent us are inherited from another category.
What are those category's settings?
