I got responsive issue with this custom template.:

Try 320px width

The item doesn't respond as well as the category layout item, or is it just a padding issue?

-I would like to have the same padding (or margin) as the category layout item for the Image.
-There is also several issues with the extra field list for the custom template item layout (padding, overflow, etc.)

Could you help me fix that?

Also, try to enlarge the width slowly this item:

You will see that the element don't follow.

Expected Result:
The left column should elarge to full width until there is enough space for all the content of the right column (around 700px width)

Ref1.: class = twoCol itemView single-item
Ref2.: class = itemLeftCol

You can tweak your responsive styles to have itemLeftCol a full width at 800 pixels or less.
