Hi folks,

unfortunately the k2_tools archive functionality is not that customizable as the others are. The only options I can choose are the article count and the category filter. once I open the page of the month all articles get shown in full length and concatenated with only a tiny separator. this is not very pretty and Im loosing the overview.

do you see any chance to change that? or do I have to edit the code?

You are use the generic.php file which is also used for search/ date results.

You can customise the look & feel of this file by overriding it: getk2.org/documentation/tutorials/174-templating-with-k2-and-the-concepts-of-sub-templates

The whole text is showing because there is no introtext specified. You can either specify an introtext or you can look at this thread: www.joomlaworks.net/forum/k2-en/41874-menu-item-to-multiple-category-shows-full-article#145008

(make sure to check where $this->item and $item should be used)
