I've updated to the latest version of Joomla (3.4.3) and I noticed, that K2 isn't loading his own remote jquery library. In this forum here I found out, that this is an expected behaviour. But for performance reasons I think it's better to load a remote copy of jquery from the world wide distributed Google server instead from own server which is busy enough with delivering the other files to the user.

Can you share my point of view and it is possible to integrate a function in K2 to load the remote jquery and unset the Joomla jquery?

If you are using J! 3.4.x then jQuery is being already loaded by Joomla!.
If K2 loads jQuery there are going to be conflicts.

If you need the remote copy of CDN you can try to do this in your template or you can use an extension like jQuery easy.
