Hi, new to the community.

I'm having some issues with adding date fields through K2. I'd actually like to use more than one date format in the site, but appears that this is not possible however I could get around that by formatting the output of the individual date fields in the php template file.

What would really interest me though is to have a date field which would accept an optional To and From value so I could display start and end times.

Is this possible?

You can create extrafields and assign these dates there.
There are several posts on how to format extrafield date values on this forum.

Incidentally am I supposed to see a time option in the extrafields date fields? I don't see how I can add a time to the dates, thanks.

The date is saved in the MM:DD:YYYY HH:MM (or DD:MM) format.
You can try adding the time manually.

Also you are correct, you need to add two separate fields.
