You go to component Page builder and choose edit home page you created, you drag & drop new service element or edit service element

When I click on the edit service element the console gives me this error (unrecognized expression: .st-navigation #jformk2category option[value=])

Has any one in countered this problem before?

This is not a K2 issue. You have to address this issue to the Page builder's devs.
