You go to component Page builder and choose edit home page you created, you drag & drop new Contact form element or edit Contact form element.

When I click on the edit Contact form element the console gives me this error Cannot read property '1' of undefined)

Has any one in countered this problem before?

You need to address this issue to the Page Builder devs.
