I require changing the view of the tags and k2 can place a description that can be displayed on my site to see every tags.

I want to place as we have in the category k2 "description" within the tags options. as shown in the following screenshot.



The following would be captured as the result would be placed after the description label tags k2 administrator.




Someone could guide me or recommend that php file must be modified to do this I require or code required to implement this in the page tags k2.

Unfortunately you will need a K2 plugin for adding this functionality.
You can look for one at the JED or the KED.

Finally if these tags are mapped into menu items you can use the menu item's notes and render it into your template as a workaround.

The choice of hang tags on a menu joomla, it is impossible, given that I have for the time tags 500 and 500 can not put links in a menu.

Yes I agree mapping 500 items into menu items is indeed an overkill.
