After saving an item in K2 front-end editing the system is redirecting the user to the item form again. You have set users to be able to add the item but not edit it, that's why you get the error after the first save.

Thanks for the contribution. Is it possible to redirect to the hompage once you click "save button" on the Item Form?

This is because i dont want users to edit their already submitted items.

Unfortunately this is the default behaviour. It cannot by changed.
