Hello, I've tried searching for this topic but couldn't find anything. Is there a way to show only the TOP/Parent category for items for sh404sef integration? I know this doesn't exists in the parameters, is there a file I can edit to make this happen?

Unfortunately no, although you can try with the menu item as the top category.
