My colleagues and I are facing several issues with the uploading of content onto our website:

1) I am unable to make changes to items or publish new items (under the K2 folder) as I cannot click the "Save/Save&Close" buttons.

2) When I go to the following page (apru.org/partnering-on-solutions/multi-hazards-program) and click anywhere on the article titled "11th APRU Multi-Hazards Symposium, University of The Philippines", a drop down menu pops out. This is not intended and as such, I cannot access the external links on the articles as well.

3) It seems when there is more than one user logged in, the front-end webpage then looks misaligned- this problem still persists even after I clear/empty cache and refresh the page.

I have been trying to figure out the issue(s) but am unable to do so. Need your help, please. Thank you!

I have managed to solve issue no. 2.

But I am not able to click the save button or save and new buttons when I am using my Mac. This works fine on my colleague's windows pc. Anyone know how to solve this issue?

Also, the appearance of the my website would be misaligned every once in a while. Usually, I just clear cache and it would be fine. However, this method did not work this time around. I managed to get CCP to restore my website. Any idea why this issue keeps occuring?

As for the misalignment of elements, I think this is a template issue.
You need to address this issue to the template's developer.

Thank you for your reply. The thread does not help with the issue i am facing: currently, I cannot make changes to articles/items on my Mac as I am unable to click on the "save/save&close/save&new" buttons but the "cancel" button works fine. I have tried it on Chrome, Firefox and Safari but to not avail....

Is it working properly with the default editor?
Are you getting any js errors in the console tab?

It works fine when I am on a PC. But does not work (on any browser) when I am using my Mac. Whenever I click the save buttons a hashtag appears at the end of the link and the page stops loading, hence therefore I cannot make changes as I am unable to save the article.

Is the console tab of your developer tools showing any errors?

The console tab for the developer tools do not show errors. I am now able to make changes in the front end of the webpage but am still able to do on the backend.

Try using another browser.
If it works then it is probably a browser extension blocking some js scripts.

If it is still not working, try a different (tinyMCE) editor. If the default editor is working, you need to address this issue to JCE's support.
