Can not update from 3.4.4 to 3.4.5

Can not update from 3.4.4 to 3.4.5 was created by Bostjan Cadej
I tried to update Joomla with one click update which has been offered for 3.4.5. After I press the button Install the Update I got a popup with an error:
ERROR:
AJAX Loading Error: View not found [name, type, prefix]: item, php, k2View

And nothing happens.

What does that mean? … item, php, k2View … Is there something wrong with K2?
What do I have to do in order to update to the latest version?

Joomla 3.4.4
K2 v2.6.9
Purity III: 1.1.2
T3 FrameworkVersion: 2.4.3

To be honest, I have updated a large number of sites across different setups and hosting providers and I have never encountered this issue.

Are you using 3rd party K2 extensions?
