hi
i want to change position of "media". how can i show it top of "related items"?

i want do this for "image gallery" too!

ver of k2: 2.6.9

Hello,

You need to override the item.php file.
You will find more info here getk2.org/documentation/tutorials/174-templating-with-k2-and-the-concepts-of-sub-templates

You can locate the video block by viewing the HTML comments and move it where you want.
