We use Joomla K2 v.2.6.9 extension for our local news website. Joomla v: 3.4.5
Issue is with the - category view, comments anchor. Instead linked comments anchor beside the category of the post, the comment anchor is in this format: K2_THE_FIRST_TO_COMMENT , and the same thing is with the k2 search box inner text, it is in format SEARCH_ME.

Please advise the fix.

The search_me seems to be a string missing from your template.
The other issue will go away if you install K2's language pack, you can get it from here: getk2.org/extend/translations

We've already installed the language pack (and we have related Joomla language pack installed first), and we've install it again, but the problem with the comment anchor remains, and in category view we can't turn it off. In category the comments are turned off, and in k2 parameters the comments are disabled, but the anchor is still there in the category view.

And the problem is on the category view of every menu page.

Using the default template - hrnews.hr/sport/sportske-vijesti?template=protostar the issue is not present.
This means that this is a template issue. K2's language package has been correctly installed by you (check for example Objavljeno u).

You need to address this issue to the template's developer.
