I have a problem with my template. I use joomla 3.x & k2 2.6.9 and when i publish content i cannt see image , i cannt rate article but i see the stars.

It's your site's CSS causing the rating to not work. Try to add this code:
Regarding the image just ensure that the category is not setup to hide the item images. Edit the category and look out for the "Item view options" section of the parameters.
