Can we help for K2 v3?

Is there anything we can do to let speed up the process for finishing up k2 v3.0? The rumours around the launch are a bit negative, but I think that lots and lots of people really want to use the functions of v3 on live websites and therefore hoped that the final stable version was out earlier.
I can't really help you code or something similar, but maybe it can be something like: offer an early-bird K2 Pro subscription so you get access to extra funds?

I'm not much of a coder, but I'd be interested in a K2 Pro subscription.

Feedback is really valuable for us. We urge you to test the beta version github.com/joomlaworks/k2-v3-dev-build and report any issues to Github.
PRs are also welcome :)

It's now November 21. The 10-14 days thing is obviously WAY past its expiration at this point and there is no sight on the horizon for K2v3. I anticipate as I wait for New Years ball drop this year, just like last year, we will still be waiting on K2v3.

If anyone knows any developers, please ask them if they can contribute to this open source project. I think that is the PR that is needed.
I will ask stackideas team and corejoomla team if they are willing to help. I do not know them but I will send an e-mail from their contact us form.

And still no news from the core team.
No blog post, no forum post neither...
We are lost, alone & without any idea of what is happening.
Projects build with K2 are seriously in danger as Joomla continues its roadmap.
What is the good choice for the next steps?
- to give up, abandon K2 and to migrate all contents to Joomla itself or another CCK more robust and continued?
- to find a team capable of a K2 fork, from the basis on github ?
Don't know myself, but I really like the ease of use of K2. It would be a really bad and sad choice to let it down.
Please K3 Team, move on, and give us hope!

Is this project ever going to launch? Since Oct 2014, we've seen all of the Joomla 3.3.x and 3.4.x releases with 3.5 in beta with a newly announced date list of expected released times. For as many Tweets that JoomlaWorks makes about how bad the Joomla team is for updating or being open about things, you'd think they might have ONE release in that time, or at least an update on expected timelines.
I really didn't expect that we'd see K2 v3 come out at Joomla Day Brazil in September, but I also didn't expect it to be this far out with as many issues as are still outstanding.
I think I'm just going to have to find ways to make Zoo do the additional things I want it to and walk away from K2 completely because it's really getting pretty ridiculous.

Should we just move along? My last update to this was 3 weeks ago, where I pointed out 102 issues that still remained. Now that number is 106 and there have been 4 added since that last one I mentioned. That means that NONE have been closed.
No Happy New Year - no Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays - No closed issues - no updates to the Blog (since Aug) - no pull requests - no nothing.
Are you really still going to do a K2 v3 or is the project dead? It's not really much to ask, is it? I'm not looking for a hard-and-fast date here, since we've found this to be a pointless request, just that it's going to happen at all, in some reasonable time-frame. Seriously - I'm really close to giving up and I'm sure others are as well. Give us ANY confidence to stick around for the eventual release or tell us there won't be one.

Unbelievable, but there's no other choice any more....
I can't believe how you can ruin such a great and perfect component and even business... Unbelievable...
