Cannot save item from frontend was created by trogladyte
Brand new to K2 and it's really quite overwhelming!

I have some categories set up and I'm a Super User (and SuperK2 as well). I have set up a registered only menu item on the site with an "Add item" link. using the Item edit form menu item. When I click it, I get the blank form as I'd expect, ready for data entry. I enter the data and click save. I get a blank screen and nothing is saved.

Absolutely no idea what I'm doing wrong.

Hi,

A blank screen indicates a PHP error. Set error reporting to "maximum" under Joomla! configuration to see the error message.
