I have created 3 submenu linking to categories ...

The first one works perfect ... pointing to ver3.dr-ink.ca/help/customer-help-center.html

The 2 other ones ... ver3.dr-ink.ca/help/Categories/com-csvi-settings/troubleshooting-tips.html and ver3.dr-ink.ca/help/Categories/com-csvi-settings/resetting-tips-tricks.html

Why it adds the Categories/com-csvi-setting/ ... i dont understand that one ...

Any clue ??

They all lead to 404 pages.
com-csvi-setting is created from another Joomla! extension www.csvimproved.com/en/ if I am not mistaken.
