upublishing tags was created by Renzo

After lot of time I decided to drastically reduce the number of tags used in my system from more then 1000 to less then 100 now.
I also activated the closed selection of tags with the dropdown.

The problem now is that if I select a tag another one is selected and stored.

Maybe it is incorrect to unpublish and it is better to delete the unwanted tags?

Hello Renzo,

Does that belong to that list or is it completely unrelated?

Yes the terms belongs to the same list but are not those selected.

Tried and now the tags in backend are correctly visualized.
In the frontend there is still a problem. One only tag is visualized.

Try to edit the item, add the tags again and save it.

tryed but not solved.

I have checked well the problem: if you unpublish some tags they are still shown during the selection.
For this now I will cancel all the unpublished tags and try again. It is confirmed that unpublishing tags has no effect.
