Firstly here is my understanding about Archive, Article will mark as Archive after passing its Expiration Date. (Please correct me, if I am wrong)

I am using "K2 Tools" module to list out Archive items, But its not showing expired articles. It shows actually when it is between publishing dates.

Please advice.

The archive module simply displays the items that belong to a certain time period, the same as WP's and Blogspot's widget.

The archive you are describing is only available for regular Joomla! articles.
