Sorting (Featured - then Alphabetical) was created by Brandon W. Sjelin
Hello - is it possible to adjust it somehow to allow this sorting ability? I would like FEATURED items to be first, then the rest to be sorted Alphabetically, but I don't see a way to do this without manually sorting the items myself.

By default this option is not possible by default.
You can publish the featured items in a K2 Content module above the category listing.
