Hello,
i tried installing extensions from my joomla admin panel but got this error message "JFolder::create: Could not create folder.Path: /home3/ricosoft

Warning: Failed to move file!"

this is a new uploaded site

Hello Eric,

This is not related to K2. This is a Joomla! issue. Possibly a wrong /tmp and /log folder issue.
