New install of 2.6.9 has mixed case problem with usergroup.php usergroups.php extrafield.php and extrafields.php. Throws the error "administrator/components/com_k2/controllers/usergroups.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory" When accessing user groups on the admin panel. Changing filenames to all lowercase fixes the problem. First identified over 4 years ago.

By default all the filenames are lowerase. Can you try downloading a fresh copy and reinstalling K2?

Strange, I had done that but now did it again and no problem.

It could have been a corrupt file, a temp hiccup. The important thing is that you have a functional site now.
