Now you can convert your K2 items into PDFs (on the fly) thanks to the cool guys at CMExtension - the extension is called CMK2PDF.

Best of all, you can set the print parameter string.

They have updated the plugin - you can now override the PDF output.

I use it to add/display such things as:
- PDF header
- content type
- page short URL
- PDF footer
