Twitcher web site was created by Alex Walker
When I try and go and get a Twitcher key using the url twitcher.steer.me/ I get the following message:
Heroku | No such app
There is no app configured at that hostname.
Perhaps the app owner has renamed it, or you mistyped the URL.
Any ideas why ?

Unfortunately it seems that this service was discontinued. Steer has closed down as well.

The Twitcher / Steer.me site closed on januari 25. Now the Twitter Feed module isn't working anymore, and just produces a spinning wheel. Are there any alternatives?

At the moment there are RSS feeds, www.labnol.org/internet/twitter-rss-feed/28149/ and you can display them through SRFR ( www.joomlaworks.net/extensions/free/simple-rss-feed-reader )
This will require some extra styling though.
