Hello,
I am trying to get a better understand how can I see strange urls that I do not know they are exist. Google Webmaster Tools reported I have duplicate meta description. I follow those links to see why they are duplicate.
I have an item belong to a main category -- sodium MRI software is belong to nmr-mri category.
I have a menu item three levels to that item. /user-facilities/nmr-mri/nmr-mri-resources/sodium-mri-software

The urls Google Webmaster Tools report are
/about/around-the-lab/meet-the-users/sodium-mri-software
/about/around-the-lab/this-week-at-the-lab/sodium-mri-software
/user-facilities/nmr-mri/mri/sodium-mri-software

My questions are
1. Why do I have extra urls that I did not create them.
2. Why those strange URLs appear on different categories? Does it random?
3. What to look for in order to fix this issue?

Thank you,

M

Hello,
You can easily fix this issue by using a canonical-tag plugin.
By using a canonical tag, you will essentially have the same results as using 301 redirects.

You can look for a such an extension in the JED or KED
