Good Afternoon Support

I have been in contact with Mijoshop about this and they say "Your K2 component's plugins is loading first and crashing, Could you please contact K2 support and ask them if they can run that plugin , your system will work." I have this problem with 2 or 3 of our websites, and all of them have k2 installed on them, I have inserted a picture from miwisoft, imgur.com/uAG1o5H. please will you have a look and revert back to me, these are business websites so its imperative that they have a working shop.

Have you disabled K2's jQuery loading?
Does your template offer that feature?

Good Morning Support

I have been to the backend of our websites and have checked this and it is off, I have no idea what is happening, can i give you my back end details here, or can we message each other privately, I have to get this sorted asap as we run quite a few online stores, and this issue is on three of our websites already, and we are losing money cause of this. All I need you to do is run the plug in on all our websites, is this possible?

K2 requires jQuery before it's main javascript file is loaded. For some reason in your site jQuery is loaded after K2's javascript file. Ensure that it's not a third-party extension ( or your template ) causing this.

Finally ensure that both Joomla and K2 are up to date. In my tests with K2 2.6.9 under Joomla! 3.4.8 the scripts order is correct.
