It's been a while sice I first noticed that google crawles K2 authors urls from cats and items. It looks like that:

• scienceukraine.com/sciblogs/itemlist/user/1255-vadimnastasiuk
• scienceukraine.com/allnews/health/meds/itemlist/user/1255-vadimnastasiuk

and so on

similar thing with Item tags but those I put with rel=nofollow

Is there any way to make permanent urls for users, for example www.site/author/Mr.Bean ?

hi. get in robots.txt from indexing these pages. in many ways they are not needed. that's all!

Either map that author page in a menu item, or create a new empty K2 categories item. Leave the category selection empty and call it eg: content.
This way all orphan tags and authors are rendered through that menu item.
