error in url 404 with arabic language

I have site with k2 component and i have an error in url (page 404) by using arabic characters in tags or item name
Can you help please?

in ie shown as

in firefox shown as
http://localhost/nat3/index.php/itemlist/tag/%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B4%D8%A8%D9%83%D8%A7%D8%AA%20%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B3%D9%84%D9%83%D9%8A%D8%A9

The FF behaviour cannot be changed. Unfortunately this is how FF handles these URLs, same goes for other languages as well.

The URL issue is most likely a result of your localhost configuration.
The same URL is behaving ok in my local APACHE.

Depending on your dev environment, MAMP, XAMP, WAMP etc, you should read the documentation on how to address this issue (non-latin URLs).

the problem solved by changing Unicode Aliases from no to yes in global configuration/seo
