Migrate from ZOO to K2 was created by Srdjan
I have one particular problem. I want to move on from ZOO to K2 component and to migrate its content to K2 content.

Is this possible and if it's, how to do that?

Thanks :)

Hello Srdjan,

You will need an extension like K2 Import to handle the migration process.

Yes, but before using K2 Import with CSV, I need to create a K2-friendly CSV from ZOO component, right?

One thing is really bothering me and that's about categories. ZOO supports multiple categories for items and K2 don't without additional extension. How to handle all of these things and make a good migration, without any data loss?

This would be up to the extension handling the migration.
I would assume that the first category would be assigned, but you have to double check with the extensions developer.
