Can't Edit Articles in Front End was created by Jeff Boulton
Hello,
I can not edit articles in the front end. In the K2 usergroup called Admin I have given Front End editing capabilities and added the user to this group. The admin user logs in and can add new articles; however can not edit any of the posted news articles (there is no edit button). The user has administrator rights in Joomla as well.
I would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.
Joomla! 3.4.8
K2 2.6.9

Can you browse your site using a different template by adding ?template=protostar as URL suffix?
If that works, then this is a template error. The template's developer stripped the code from the override.

Yes, I can use ?template=protostar and still see the site.
I use K2 for the news on the front page.

I meant the edit icon. Is it visible?
