I have over 100 pages in each category and also on main page (that contains all items from all categories).

Could you please help me with setting the page title and description to display page numer?
How can I add code to gnerate page number after the page title (and description) for subpages?

all paginated pages for article listings in each category and main page that contain all articles from all categories.
I have now 134 paginated pages for main page, and all of them have same title and descritption. I wish to add to them (to title and description) string " - page (+1)".

I wonder if nobody else has same problem as me?
As far as I know Google likes to index pages with different page titles, so every paginated page is not usefull. Am I wrong?

As far as it concerns optimization on pagination Google suggest to use rel=“next” and rel=“prev”.

Thanks for helping me with this.
I think that I didn't explain my problem well.

So, I have a website, with over 1000 K2 items that are located in categories.
Each category listings 5 items, so I have over 200 category subpages:
website.com/category/page-1...website.com/category/page-100....website.com/category/page-200.
Each of those sites are indexed by google, but for google each of them (subpage) has same title and description, which is not good.
So, Is there any way to solve that? As far as I know, I shoul use third party extension to ovverride that titles and descriptions..
Any other ideas?

You have several options.
a) Use an SEO extension
b) Use a template override which enforces a canonical link using Joomla!'s setMetadata function - docs.joomla.org/JDocument/setMetaData
c) You can enhance b with adding the rel tags, this however will require some custom coding as well.
