Commited to the repository at github was created by Neil Forrester
Hello,

This message is for Teo (Administrator). I recently posted a topic about the issue where I cannot attach attachments to Items if those attachments are located on the server.

Original Post:
www.joomlaworks.net/forum/k2-en/45303-cannot-attach-attachments-from-server

Teo, you said that 'The fix has been commited to the repository at github.' What does that mean exactly? It's getting fixed soon? Can you please elaborate.

I was going to reply to your comment on the original post but it looks like you disabled any further comments on the post.

Kind regards,
Neil.

Hello Neil,
The fix for this issue was at the file media/k2/assets/js/k2.js. By following this link

github.com/getk2/k2/commit/672a50298e2ecef7ff5c9f280765bd34464f7cc2

you can see exactly the modification made on this file.

The patch isn't working for me either. Can you explain if some further action is needed, other than replacing / patching the k2.js file?

Thanks a lot

Marco

Ok, probably it was a browser cache issue. Now it's working. I suggest to empty your cache and/or logoff before you try.
