hello, i recently started trying K2. I am quiet new to joomla and i know joomla but i m not into coding etc at all. So pls guide and i appreciate ur patience.

i was testing k2 on my test site so that i can use it on my live site. but i m getting some kind of error which i dont know where it comes from. i m embedding a third party code in media to add a video . the code i copied directly from the actual site

the video plays fine on desktop but gives some kind of error on mobile browsers. it says html5 video file not found. now i dont have idea why it happens so. can someone pls guide. if its related to some coding mistake and not k2 or joomla, kindly guide.

also how can i remove the black box that it displays around the video?

Please try inserting the link without the http:// part.
To be honest this sounds like an issue with the video.

Thanks for ur reply. Maybe it is the problem with video, but the video i m inserting, exactly the same video has been inserted in some other sites, which work quiet well. Though i m nt sure if the other site have been made using joomla or something else.
What i mean to say is, the video i am trying to insert is someone elses who have their own website too and it works well over there. Maybe different embed codes?

I removed http:// still shows spam. The link has subdomain. Is that the reason? I m giving the link to the screenshot of the page meanwhile.

How was this video embedded, did you use AllVideos or did you use a 3rd party code?

I used third party code and pasted it. It was <iframe> code.
