I have loaded the plugin and added the tags for a mp4 file however I get the following error message on the front end:-
error loading media
file could not be played

Could you please advise what the error would be?

Also how do I get a non watermarked version?

For the non-watermarked version you need to purchase a licence for JWPlayer.
As for the video, I will need a link to the issue.
