I lodged a support request days ago advising that I was getting an error with mp4's. I can not purchase the full version if the demo doesn't work. You initially responded asking that I post a link however I am not going to post a link publicially so I asked you to advise how I can do so privately however I have had no response and now I can not add any comments to that post??!!

Could you please advise??

Finally as I already explained this is an encoding error, if it the video itself won't work in iOS, then no extension can stream it since the Operating System does not support it.
