Is it possible, to configure K2, that only an author of an article can edit it? Only the person, who submitted the article.

You can enable this setting for frontend editing.
In the K2 User Groups which frontend editing is allowed you need to set "Edit any item" to No and "Edit own items" to yes.

yeah ok.
Maybe i´m blind, but is there any option, that a user can see his items on his backend? So that he does not have so search for it. Maybe a menuitem like (my Articles) or so?

You can do this by filtering the K2 items list in the backend by user-author.

Alternatively you can publish the K2 User module which, when logged in, will provide a link to the user's items.
