Problems ordering items for usergroup was created by Rachel Walraven
Hello,
I'v e set up a usergroup on my site that only has access to the K2 items. They can edit all items, add new, delete items etc. But they cannot change the order. With a super-admin account changing the order is no problem.
Where do I give this group the rights to change the order of K2 items within a category?
The joomla acl for k2 gives all rights, exept configuringe ACL and option.
The K2 user group has all rights on go.
Hope you can help me.
Regards,
Rachel

Hello Rachel,
Unfortunately this is not possible with K2 v2.
In v2 only the itemform is available in the frontend.

Hello Kirkor,
What rights (user level) should someone have to be able to change the order?

Rachel

Since we are talking about backend access, I would suggest having 'managers' (you have to set this in K2's permission settings), since Administrator and Super Admin roles should be reserved only for admins.
