we upgraded to k2 2.7.0
at the moment we have problems with elfinder, sorting of files is not working: the sorting options are quite totally hidden by the contents and clicking on them doesn't work

First of all, thank you for reporting this.
I made a small change -> github.com/getk2/k2/commit/9a24dc7ce456ac921691d5ff74cf43d23288600a which enables you to see the sorting options.

Clicking on them works but you have to either visit another folder or reload (we are working on this).
