Problem with Item image

Problem with Item image was created by Вадимир Степанов
There Is an odd problem: when I trying to save image for Item using Upload file from PC, it is not to be saved. There are no any PHP errors or warnings, and no any errors in console, only usual message Item saved. But later I can not find image for saved Item.
Any ideas to solve this problem?
