K2 errors

We're having the attached errors on our Joomla site.

CHMOD rights of files and folders are OK, we're using latest version of K2... Can someone help how we can fix this?

The first two errors are unrelated to K2.
The last one is a Strict Standards notice not an error.
They will not affect the functionality of your site. Simply deactivate error reporting from your site's global configuration to get rid of these notices.
