I will change the feratured icon. (From the star in another Icon/Picture)
but i dont know how.

And can i make the featured icon in the Categories overview?

In the categorie's settings under the "Item view options in category listings" section select the "'Featured' notice (next to title)" options,

i will make a another featured icon in upper right of the overview.

Make sure the category you are using is not inheriting its settings from another category. If that is the case then you need to edit the master category's settings.

When an item is featured (in the default templates) the ..catItemIsFeatured is appended.
.catItemIsFeatured:before is appending an icon font ( the star ).
