Auto add tag to specific group form

Auto add tag to specific group form was created by Rakesh
I currently have 3 Extra Field Groups. Is it possible to automatically add a specific tag when a form is being applied.

So each Extra Group has a different tag added automatically.

Hello Rakesh,

A K2 plugin (custom one if something is not found on the JED or the KED) is needed for this functionality.
