any idea what is this issue and how to resolve?

also my pro gallery is broken but i will post that in the appropriate area..just in case that was relevant

This is a Strict Standards, not an error. It will not affect your site's functionality.

You can get rid of it by disabling error reporting in your site's global configuration menu.
