You can publish a K2 User module which provides the "Add Item" link once the user logs in, or you can directly map it into a menu item.

Hello,

You need to create a menu item of type K2 > Item edit form, make sure to set its Access level to Registered to have it available only for logged in users.

You will need some more configurations, I tried to explain it in this article: Submit K2 items on frontend

Multiple Extra Fields Groups for K2
AutoMeta for K2
Chained Fields for K2
More K2 Extensions In My Extensions Store
