I have some questions for this options .... I like to use this option for column writers .... I made also a test account to check it ... but how can these users write content when they logged in?????

You can publish a K2 User module which provides the "Add Item" link once the user logs in, or you can directly map it into a menu item.

Due to I am pretty new to joomla .... can I ask ... to put in steps how to do this ... I am a quick learner .... but never done this lol

Hello,
You need to create a menu item of type K2 > Item edit form, make sure to set its Access level to Registered to have it available only for logged in users.
