Template Overrides not showing up was created by Dean
Let me start by saying that I started with the Radiowave template and really liked the Grid template. So I copied them to a new install of the template (not the quick start). The reason I did this was I wanted to add the template to only part of the site and keep the reset with my original template.

I have copied all the files and folders to Templates/HTML/Com_k2 to where I now have Default, Grid & Schedule. But when I go to category and try to select Grid it is not there.
What step(s) am I missing?

OK, assuming your URL is exactly what you have there might be some issues.

It should just be /html/com_k2/ inside the actual template you're using.

Then, create a subfolder ('grid', for example) and copy in only the views that you want to override.

So if you need to override the category list view, you'll need at least category_item.php and probably category.php.

If you need to override the item, you'll need item.php.
