I am using k2 comments system for my blog website. Is there any option by which I can allow nested comments. Currently, when a user posts a comments I only see an option of posting a new comment. How can we add a reply option there where user can reply to a specific comment?

You can create an "Edit User Profile" menu item and have the module redirect on that menu item on login.
This setting is located in the module's parameters.

You would need a plugin to redirect it to a custom link, since only menu items are supported by the module. You can also try a JS solution or a PHP solution on your overrides.

As far as comments, unfortunately replying and nested comments are not supported.
