Does anyone know how to implement an INTROTEXT in K2 Subcategories listing? Ideally the introtext would be derived from using a readmore line in the Cat description field, i.e. -- <hr id="system-readmore" />.

It appears to an oversight in K2.

If you mean the description from the subcategories, that is possible.

You have to edit the category, that the subcategories belongs to.

Enter the Display Settings.
Go to "Subcategory Management" (In my language)
Set "Subcategory description" to "SHOW"
